F200 System Vision Systems Selection Guide

Get more "bang" for your buck with this low cost, small (fits into area less than 10 inches square) binary system. Even though it is not considered a "frame grabber" its hardware performs the function anyway. It uses menu-based software that facilitates use and has an eight-key remote for easy programming. Included in the available modes is the "rapid adjustment" mode that allows you to make changes on line.

F300 System

Experience the ease of the F300’s menu driven set-up software. The tools in this software let you isolate inspection sites on windows for processing. The window and image menus offer shape drawing tools and compensation for lighting and object position. Integrate processing of both image data and external discrete I/O to coordinate inspections with PLCs, computers and other existing control systems. Make changeovers by using Omron’s credit-card sized memory cards. Just insert the card into a Man-Machine-Interface (MMI) module and direct the control and direct the controller to read or write up to 64 window settings. The cards allow you to quickly download different window and data collection settings – a good thing since the F300 can process video signals from up to eight cameras from one controller.

F350 System

What’s the point of having a fast production process if your vision system can’t keep up? Maximize the speed of your process with the F350. It has capacity for eight cameras, gray scale imaging and the ability to perform up to 1,800 inspections per minute. This goes with preloaded software, a simple eight-key controller and worldwide support. From top to bottom, this is high technology that is simple to use and affordably priced.
