Omron’s controllers use auto-tuning PID control for start-up and temperature mainte-nance, then adds the finesse of Fuzzy Logic for response to disturbances. Get field-selectable ranges and temperature sensor inputs, and plug-in interchangeable control outputs. Heater burnout alarm and communications functions available. They offer an externally selectable second set point, digital inputs for Run/Stop op-erations, field-selectable inputs, scalable ranges, built-in heater burnout alarm, and plug-in inter-changeable outputs for easy long-term maintenance. The large LED display shows both process and set values at a glance. All offer two alarm outputs, each with 9 field-selectable func-tions.
