Series 10 Product Group

The ERECTA SWITCH Series 10 Liquid level sensing product group employs modular design to reduce OEM engineering cost, hardware cost and labor cost. Custom fabricated sensors are a thing of the past, replaced by our established tooled products. Special mounting, extended stems, multi-level sensing instruments all originate from stock parts making them inexpensive, and easy to get. All ERECTA SWITCH solutions are manufactured in Polypropylene, Acetal and PVDF Kynar offering compatibility across the broadest range of applictions.

Vertical Switch Configuration Sheet

The ES10-101-PP demonstrates one of the many extended stem level sensing configurations available. This is a low cost way to get a custom single point switching depth for high or low level sensing in plastic or metal tanks. The 1/4" bulk head fitting and slosh shield protects the switch from wave motion and allows mounting through a hole in a bulk head up to 3/4" thick. The ES10-101-PP is available for single point switching only. (Slosh shield is optional).

The ES10-102-PP is a low cost way to get a custom switching depth for high or low level sensing in plastic or metal tanks. The switch station can be protected by a slosh shield (optional). The wiring receptacle, combined with a 1-1/4" NPT mounting fitting, provides space for a wire splice and accepts the ERECTA SWITCH snap in cable assembly or the battery powered beeper. 1 to 4 level extended stem multi-level sensing configurations are available.

The ES10-103-PP is a low cost way to get custom level switching in plastic or metal tanks and drums. It features a wiring receptacle and 2" NPT adapter fitting. This provides space for a wire splice and accepts the ERECTA SWITCH snap-in cable assembly or the battery powered beeper. The switch station can be protected by a slosh shield (optional). 1 to 4 level extended stem multi-level sensing configurations are available.

The ES10-104-PP is a low cost way to get custom level switching in plastic or metal tanks and drums. The wiring receptacle and flange mount, provides space for a wire splice and accepts the ERECTA SWITCH snap-in cable assembly or the battery powered beeper. 1 to 4 level extended stem multi-level sensing configurations are available.
