Relay interfaces
The dependable exchange of signals between the process peripherals and the control/guidance systems is ensured by modern relay interfaces: system-independent, modular and interchangeable, easy to label, rail-mountable and economical. For example, the relay plugs, TERMIFACE and the pluggable electronic terminal blocks PLC interface, a mere 6.2 mm wide.

Optical coupler interfaces, electronic load relays
There is a wide range of products for the electrical isolation of process and control signals and for switching consumers: from TERMIFACE optical coupler plugs down to MODUFACE optical coupler modules and electronic load relays and reversing load relays for 3-phase networks, which switch to solid state at high frequencies and ensure an extremely high degree of system availability.

VARIOFACE - Wiring interfaces
As universal interface elements between the peripherals and the I/O level of the automation devices, VARIOFACE modules create any connection imaginable in machine and system installation. VARIOFACES are available as active, passive and device-specific modules. For PLC system cabling, VARIOFACE front adapters and system cables are available.

Power supplies
Our regulated and unregulated compact power supplies from 0.1 A to 30 A guarantee the power supply on site. They are highly reliable, with safety technology, easy to handle, quick to assemble and the connecting terminal points and fuse elements are easily accessible and simple to operate.

PSM Serial interface converters
PSM interface converters, as plug or switch cabinet modules, ensure that the data is converted to the safe optic fiber transmission and that the exchange of data between the various electric standards is free of problems. You are thus ensuring interference-free data communication in process and system control. All common bus systems and serial data interfaces are supported.

MCR - Modular converters for control technology
For the reliable transmission, processing and conversion of analog signals, we offer a wide range of analog converters, for example, buffer amplifiers, transmitters, temperature transducers, current and voltage converters and threshold value switches. Configuration via DIP switches, or parameterization with the PC makes the product range highly universal.

Functional components
The extensive MODUFACE range is made up of a multitude of interface and functional components. We can supply: switching amplifiers, fuse modules, indicator components, diode and lamp testing modules, rectifiers, monitoring components, timing relays and switch cabinet sockets.

Process Interface Terminal Blocks
For the conversion and transmission of analog and digital signals out of potentially explosive areas we offer two solutions: Process Interface, the terminal block with pluggable electronics, and INTERBUS Process IO, the serial solution, which connects INTERBUS with all its advantages to intrinsically safe, modular I/O modules. These products are combined with others out of the Phoenix range in such a way, that total solutions can be offered for the field of process engineering.

Marking and Mounting
For professional labelling of the individual components in the switch cabinet, we offer a comprehensive range of marking and labelling systems. For example, terminal block, conductor and cable marking systems, device marking systems and the CMS computer marking system, comprising software, plotter, engraving and milling system.
