PLUSCON-VC, VARIOCON for
printed circuit boards
PLUSCON-VC is a modular plug connector system for industrial applications.
Its features are: direct p.c.b. connection, modular, proven 2, 6,
and 8-position contact inserts in COMBICON configuration, which
can be freely combined with one another. PLUSCON-VC, wash-down in
acc. with IP 65 is available in four housing sizes in plastic, metal,
and EMC series. |

PLUSCON VC, VARIOCON with
screw connection
For the connection of conductors, there are contact inserts with
the proven screw connection technique in the PLUSCON-VC range. The
power data is identical to that of the contact inserts from the
solder-in series. The 2, 6 and 8-position modules can be combined
as desired and labelled,and offer coding protection. |

PLUSCON-RC round plug
connectors
A sturdy and compact M23-EMC plug connector with unbroken shielding.
The modular system with contact inserts with 6 to 19 positions,
in solder, solder-in and crimp connection technique enables an almost
unlimited number of plug connector variants. When plugged in, the
plug connectors comply with protection type IP 67 and provide protection
against dust and water spray. |

PLUSCON-SAC, sensor/actuator
boxes
The new sensor/actuator boxes (SACB) set new standards in constructional
height: due to their constructional height of a mere 18 mm, the
sensor/actuator boxes with 5-position M12 sockets can still be installed
even when the space is restricted. 4, 6, and 8 slots are available
for the connection of the sensors and actuators. The SACBs are also
available with the new QUICKON quick connection, for the connection
of the sensor/actuator cables. |

For the professional cabling of sensors and actuators, PHOENIX CONTACT
offers PLUSCON-SAC (Sensor/ Actuator Cable) in protection type IP
67: a comprehensive range of M12 and space-saving M8 round plug
connectors. The M12 plug connectors have up to 3 status LEDs, which
visualize the switching status of the sensor. |

QUICKON quick connection
system
Why bother to strip individual cores? With QUICKON, everything is
faster, simpler and less expensive. The new connection system creates
the contact automatically: as the screws are tightened, the insulation
is severed by the V-shape contact pin. QUICKON is available with
2 or 3 positions for connection to the system components for automation
technology and as conductor connectors - with protection type IP
