Corrosive Protection Package How does our E-Coat Work?
The electrocoat system applies a DC charge to a metal part immersed in a bath of oppositely charged paint particles. The paint particles are drawn to the metal part and paint is deposited on the part, forming an even, continuous film over the entire surface, until the coating reaches the desired thickness. At that thickness, the film insulates the part, where attraction stops and the process is complete

Low Ambient Protection
Your enclosure cooling system needs its own protection when the environment is very cold and the unit has been without electricity for any period of time. The Thermal Edge Low Ambient Option consists of a compressor heat system and condenser cycling control. Compressor heat is applied where it is needed - inside the compressor, not outside where > 50% is lost. Heat is on only when the compressor is off cycle, which avoids adding additional heat when it is not warranted. This combination of internal heat and off cycle control uses up to 75% less energy when compared to other low ambient systems.

The condenser fan operation is controlled by pressure and ambient heat; therefore it will cycle in low ambient conditions. This provides rapid warm up, and has the further advantage of reducing current in rush as the condenser fan does not come on with the compressor.
