Order Placement - Placing your order should be easy, just fill in the information into the form when it comes up and you'll be on your way. Your password will be e-mailed to you, as soon as you receive it, you'll be able to browse our online store and purchase what you need. If you have questions regarding an application, feel free to contact us for assistance.
Once your order has been placed, we'll process it immediately and send you a confirmation via e-mail. Standard items shipped from stock will be billed at time of shipment, and an e-mail will be sent to advise you that the shipment has been processed.

Delivery - Items in our online store are regionally stocked and offer off the shelf deliveries.  Items that are non-stock require a lead time from as specified by the manufacturer.You have a choice of shipping methods, we have chosen UPS for it's easy choices. Prices for shipment are calculated by the item weight and the type of service requested. No fees will be attached on the shipping charges by iProcesSmart.com.  It's what we're charged by UPS!

Returns - Standard stock items may be returned for a 35% restocking fee. Material must be returned in an unused and  undamaged condition and is subject to inspection. Custom items or equipment made to order are non-returnable for credit. All other returns will be charged the rate set by the individual manufacturer.

Warranties - All standard factory warranties apply.

Minimum Orders - US $ 50.00 for standard products, US $250.00 for custom or special orders.
