The BBFS-22 filtration system contains two large-capacity 20" Big Blue filter housings, which are mounted in series. The BBFS-222 system contains three large-capacity 20" Big Blue filter housings mounted in series. Both systems are offered with high flow 1" connections. These high flow series systems offer a wide variety of filtration capabilities, depending upon your filter cartridge choice. The large body size allows for greater cartridge capacities and higher flow rates than are possible with standard size systems. Flow rates range up to 40 GPM, with pressure drops as low as 1 psi. The all-polypropylene construction offers excellent compatibility with water, beverages, syrups, and a broad range of chemicals. Both systems provide heavy-duty filtration, with the BBFS-222 having up to 50% greater capacity. A pressure relief button is included on systems to facilitate cartridge change. NOTE: 20" sumps are interchangeable with 10" sumps. |

| WARNING: For drinking water applications, do not use where the water is microbiologically unsafe or with water of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the unit. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| CAUTION: The filter must be protected from freezing. Failure to do so may result in cracking of the filter and water leakage. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| NOTE: The activated carbon cartridges contain a very small amount of carbon fines (very fine black powder) and a new cartridge after installation should be flushed with sufficient water to remove all traces of fines from your water system before using the water. Each time you use the water from your filtered water tap for drinking or cooking purposes, it is recommended that you run (flush) the tap for at least 10 seconds prior to using the water. This is particularly important if the water tap has not been used daily. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
